Do 100 Push-Ups With Me
2:12 PM | Comments (2)

Recently heard about this new One Hundred Push-ups plan and decided to start five minutes after I found it because it seemed so easy (as in the convenience of doing it) and not very time-consuming at all. As a person who doesn't really work out his upper body, I thought it'd be a great way to get started. I'm a geek, a lazy one, so I don't get out much. Taylor and I ride our bikes a few miles every day, and while it gives me strong legs, I'm still scrawny and weak everywhere else. I'm a fan of cheap and efficient exercise, so this sounds good:
Push ups can be performed no matter where you are, and best of all, they are completely free - no expensive equipment or annual gym fees required! If you're looking to develop a great chest and shoulders, you could do much worse than follow along with the hundred push ups plan. Your core strength will also go through the roof too!

I'm currently on Day 2 of Week 1, so I don't have much to say at this point. There's an initial test you're supposed to do, and honestly, I got about five good-form push-ups. Not impressive at all, I probably have the most work to do. But it's something quick you can do in your spare time, so try it out if you're looking to get in better shape and let me know how it goes!

Awesome. I am doing them as well. I believe @tupton is doing them as well. We all started on the same day. It will be interesting to see how we all do.

I'm starting them next week, so I can get on the Monday/Wednesday/Friday cycle!
